At The Tribe, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Worn or washed items
• Items damaged by misuse
• Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
